Center of Excellence for Operational Ocean and Great Lakes Mapping expands partnership

NOAA and 主要研究 are expanding a 24-year mapping partnership through the creation of a new Center of Excellence for Operational Ocean and Great Lakes Mapping at 主要研究.

A portion of the funding — $20 million over the next three years — will be used by 主要研究 to construct a new, state-of-the-art ocean mapping facility that will include office and instructional space, 还有一个大的, 有高架起重机的高天花板区域,称为高仓库, 大型设备和小型船只的舾装和布置.
